What are the steps to use our services?

Below are the 3 easy steps to set your mailing up for success.

Step 2

The second thing you need to do is fill out the Processing Acknowledgement Form which is conveniently located to the right. Just click the button that says “Download PAF Form”. Please include your title, email address, and phone number when filling out the form.

Step 1

Fill out the order form below. Once this form is submitted we will reach out within 24 hours to provide you with your quote for services and gather any additional information that may be needed.

Step 3

We will collect your payment and PAF information, process your file(s), and send you up to 3 files back with your deliverable addresses, undeliverable addresses with the reason for nondelivery, and any address that has an updated address you weren’t aware of.

What is a Processing Acknowledgement Form?

The Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) allows us to process your file through the National Change of Address (NCOALink) database held by the Post Office. This form must be completed before your file can be processed through NCOALink. This process checks your file against the Change of Addresses filed with the Postal Service. For our repeat customers, you only need to fill the form out once every 12 months or if there are changes to your information since your last mailing.
